When will my order ship?

The majority of all CPS orders are shipped same day. The cutoff is 4:00 pm ET for parcel shipments and 2:00 pm ET for freight. On occasion items will be back ordered; these ship separately as soon as they are in stock. Items in stock will ship immediately and items on back order will ship when they are available. The person that placed the order will be notified of any back orders.

How can I check the status of my order?

How soon will I receive my order?

We ship parcel packages with UPS. View the map below to see what the typical transit time is for your location for standard ground shipments. All freight orders are unique and scheduled for specific delivery times.

Can I expedite my order?

We offer many different types of shipping method through UPS and various freight companies. We will work together with your company to ensure you receive your products when you need them and know how much it will cost.

How much is shipping?

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, wire transfers and personal and company checks (once verified). We also offer terms for companies that are approved.

Does CPS offer payment terms?

CPS offers payment terms, pending credit application and approval. Terms are typically set up for Net 30 for consumable items only. Contact the CPS Inside Sales Department at 1-877-472-8200 to start your credit application.

Who can I contact will job site issues?

We have CPS Sales and Technical Support Representatives and CPS distributors located all over North America that assist with job site related issues. We also offer onsite technical support. Does CPS offer training?

CPS offer training through the International Polished Concrete Institute (IPCI). The training is held four time per year at the CPS headquarters located in Norris, TN. The training provides you with an understanding of the polished concrete industry and hands-on learning from basic polishing to decorative techniques and much more!

CPS also assists CPS Alliance Distributors with training programs at their locations. These trainings vary from beginner grinding and polishing classes to advanced techniques and can cover other topics.

Where can I get my floor grinder serviced?

CPS has a service department located in Norris, TN, just 20 minutes north of Knoxville, TN. CPS also has a network of approved service centers all across North America. Contact the CPS Insides Sales Department at 1-877-472-8200 to get started with your repair.

Distributors

Do you only sell through distributors?

We actually sell to both. We primarily sell through distributors as this helps with stocking our products across North America and better serves our contractors. We also assist contractors directly in certain situations where it better assists the customer.

What's your privacy policy?

We NEVER share any information with any outside company or persons. We will sometimes use your purchase history, communication log and geographical location for use with Concrete Polishing Solutions internal marketing purposes ONLY! If you choose to opt out of these communications, then your information will only be used for sales related purposes only (i.e. placing orders and shipping products etc.).

What is your return policy?

We do offer returns on any unused products. There is a XX% restocking fee on any orders returns after 30 days and that isn't the fault of CPS. Contact the CPS Inside Sales Department at 1-877-472-8200 to start the Return Merchandise Authorization procedure.
