SFL (Soft Floor Line) Armor Densifier is a permanent sealing, densifying, hardening compound specifically designed for soft, porous concrete. It contains a high amount of solids to fill voids and give structure to loose or porous concrete. This chemical contains no harmful ingredients that will contaminate food or meat handling and can be used in warehouse, manufacturing, food processing, or distribution facilities, as well as pool decks and cultured-stone surfaces. It will make concrete floors or walls less porous and in turn increase abrasion resistance and protect the substrate from water damage and many types of chemicals. It is applicable for new and existing concrete.
This densifier uses lithium chemistry to make the best concrete densifier available today. It penetrates into the substrate where it reacts with weak calcium hydroxide to form stronger and more stable tricalcium silicate hydrate and the lithium component will not contribute to or trigger damaging alkali-silica reactions. After penetrating the micro-channels in the concrete it reacts to form insoluble silicate structures that seal the concrete. This helps protect the concrete from water penetrations and makes it more resistant to many types of chemicals while leaving a low sheen on the floor. SFL Armor Densifier will harden and dust proof the surface so particles of concrete will not circulate within a building creating a health and maintenance problem. It is not recommended that waxes or acrylics are applied after Armor Densifier.
