High penetration two-part hybrid urethane with a surface tension one third water that combines with sand to form a tough instant polymer concrete. It injects itself into the matrix of the concrete and hores up the existing concrete as well as making the repair. Repairs may be painted, coated, or polished within 10 minutes.
