Surface Preparation
CPS planetary grinders and planers were developed after years of experience in the trenches to ensure our customers receive machinery that has fast-cutting performance, and easy maneuverability to get the job done.
When selecting your method to prepare a floor, you have a choice.
1) Remove coatings with shotblasting, which creates micro-cracks and damages the substraight. 2) Remove coatings with a roto-milling machine, then continue to grind with a planetary grinder to leave a micro-profile, which will save you money.
3) Remove coatings and leave a micro-profile using planetary grinding, saving time and money.
